Making Exercise a Habit with Cancer
This video offers a short 7 min blog summary of my latest blog on habit science, “making exercise a habit with cancer”. Behavioural change is very hard, and habits don’t come easy, let’s be honest! Throw in the barriers of a cancer diagnosis, such as fatigue, pain, neuropathies, dizziness and lack of motivation; exercise as a habit is even more complicated. In this video we explore some current concepts in motivational science and habit formation.
